RECIPE: TAHINI

Ingredients:
1 jar of tahini ( I use the meridian variety, if you can’t get hold of that make sure the only ingredients in the jar is unrefined sesame seeds)
3 cloves of garlic
1 fresh bunch of parsley
1 cup of water
For seasoning either use: juice from one lemon and salt to taste or ume shiso seasoning, or rice vinegar and soy sauce to taste.
Method:
Blend it all up till smooth. Keep in the fridge.
