RECIPE: SPARLIC

Ingredients

2 big bunches of parsley

4 cloves of garlic

Juice from one lemon

½ cup of unrefined cold pressed olive oil

2 tsps. of sea salt

 

Method

  1. Blend Ingredients:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and well combined. 2. Serve:

  • Use as a dressing or dipping sauce with any dish. 3. Store:

  • Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
