RECIPE: PESTO

Ingredients:
3 big fresh bunches of basil leaves
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 or 2 lemons depending on preference
optional: handful of pine nuts
Method:
Blend until smooth and store in the fridge.
