Ingredients:
6 Tbsp. peanut butter
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup dark sesame oil
4 tsp. brown rice vinegar
1 Tbsp rice malt syrup
4 medium cloves garlic
2 cm fresh ginger
1/2 cup hot water
Method:
Blend everything together to make a smooth sauce.
Great for putting on rice noodles, vegetable dipping, salad dressing etc
