RECIPE: KETCHUP

Ingredients: 

6 onions

A dash of unrefined olive oil

Pinch of sea salt

2 tbsps. Rice vinegar

200g Cherry tomatoes


Method:


  1. Sauté Onions:

  • Dice onions and sauté on low heat with a little olive oil.

  • Add a pinch of salt to the onions.

  • Stir occasionally and let them cook on low until they become golden brown and caramelized. 2. Add Cherry Tomatoes:

  • Add the cherry tomatoes to the onions.

  • Let the mixture simmer on very low heat until most of the liquid released by the tomatoes evaporates. 3. Blend:

  • Add the rice vinegar to the mixture.

  • Blend until very smooth.
