Ingredients:
3 cups sunflower seeds
120g raw cocoa
500g pitted medjool dates
Pinch sea salt
Method:
Blend Sunflower Seeds:
Blend the sunflower seeds until they are very fine. 2. Add Dry Ingredients:
Add the salt and cocoa to the blender.
Blend until well mixed. 3. Incorporate Dates:
Add the dates to the blender.
Blend until the mixture clumps together and forms a dough. 4. Form Balls:
Roll the mixture into balls.
Place them in the refrigerator to set. 5. Add Flavor (optional):
To make it interesting, you can add some orange rind, rum, coffee, lemon, chili, or any other flavorings you fancy when blending the sunflower seeds and cocoa. 6. Storage:
These keep well in the refrigerator for at least a week, if not more.
