RECIPE: CHICKPEA SALAD

Ingredients:

4 cups cooked chickpeas

2 grated carrots

Fresh parsley, chopped small

Fresh coriander, chopped small

Celery, diced


Dressing:

1 hot pepper

Juice from 2 fresh lemons

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup tamari sauce

3 cloves of fresh garlic


Method:

Blend all ingredients for dressing together in a blender and mix well with all salad ingredients.
